Don't limit your culinary concoctions to smoothies though! Wallaby Lowfat Kefir can be a wonderful addition to baked goods recipes, and substitutes well for portions of sour cream, buttermilk, or almost any other dairy-based liquid. We recommend that you begin by replacing ½ of the recipe's requirements for one of these products. For example, if your recipe calls for 2/3 cup of buttermilk, reduce that amount to 1/3 cup, and then add 1/3 cup of Plain Lowfat Kefir. With more experimenting, you can make further adjustments.
